Duties And Responsibilities Develop and Execute Sales Plans: create customized strategies to surpass revenue targets for corporate clients. Build pipeline of opportunities by targeting new industries and sectors to grow the corporate client portfolio. Client Need Analysis: conduct in-depth consultations to understand travel requirements and tailor services. Proposal and Quotation Management: develop and deliver customized proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing. Revenue Management: monitor sales trends, optimize pricing strategies, collaborate with finance to forecast revenue and ensure profitability. Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for B2B corporate clients, maintain strong relationships, customize travel solutions such as corporate packages, MICE, and value‑added services, conduct regular account reviews. Market Research and Industry Trends: monitor competitor offerings, adapt sales approach, develop strategies to stay competitive. Collaboration with Internal Teams: work closely with operations, marketing, product, finance to ensure seamless delivery and address invoicing and payment processes. Reporting and Analysis: track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics and pipeline development, provide insights to management. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Professional Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience, with corporate/B2B travel sales or similar; demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and exceeding revenue targets. Additional Requirements: Knowledge of travel industry landscape, global corporate travel trends, flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events, strong network of industry contacts is a plus. Skillset Build and manage relationships with corporate clients. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Strategic thinking, multi‑priority handling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, travel management platforms, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint (plus).
