Overview
To lead the documentation and continuous improvement of company processes and policies, ensure timely distribution of approved documents across all departments, and oversee compliance with management-established standards across all departments and branches nationwide.
Responsibilities- Document Processes & Policies – Create and update clear, accurate documentation for all departments.
- Coordinate with Teams – Collaborate with departments to gather and verify process information.
- Manage Approvals & Distribution – Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and shared across all branches.
- Maintain Documentation System – Organize all documents in a central digital or physical system.
- Monitor Compliance – Check if teams follow approved processes; conduct internal audits.
- Support & Training – Assist staff with policy understanding and help deliver training sessions.
- Report Issues – Identify non-compliance, recommend corrective actions, and follow up.
- Track KPIs & Projects – Monitor key metrics and strategic project progress.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a relevant industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional on-site visits; may require extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and capable of motivating others.
