It has annual sales of more than 4 million units and a production capacity of over 5.5 million 2-wheelers and 250 thousand 3-wheelers annually. Job Description Business Support & Commercial Enablement Partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and commercial decisions. Provide financial insights and analysis to support pricing, cost optimization, and investment decisions. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes aligned with business goals. Governance & Controls Establish and maintain strong internal controls and compliance frameworks. Ensure adherence to corporate policies, local regulations, and audit requirements. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Leadership & Initiative Be a self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and driving initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects and contribute to regional finance transformation efforts. Mentor and develop local finance teams to build capability and succession. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Lead should have: CA / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and commercial roles, preferably in a regional or multinational setting. Strong understanding of financial governance, business partnering, and commercial acumen.
