Job Description

Step into a pivotal role as the vital bridge between our company and our network of successful team leaders. This exciting position combines relationship management with high-level sales support, allowing you to make a direct impact on business growth while enjoying flexible, part-time hours. You'll represent the company in important sales conversations, particularly with high-value prospects, and serve as the trusted liaison who ensures seamless communication and support across our partner network. This role is perfect for a sales professional who thrives in a consultative capacity and enjoys helping others succeed while contributing to overall business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between the company and team leaders, maintaining strategic relationships through regular touchpoints (2-3 times monthly)
  • Provide expert sales support to team leaders, particularly when engaging with high net worth prospects who require company-level representation
  • Lead and facilitate professional Zoom meetings and presentations with groups of 20-30 participants, demonstrating strong meeting management skills
  • Participate in focused training sessions (approximately 1 hour each) to stay current on products, processes, and company initiatives
  • Step in as the company representative during critical client introductions and high-stakes sales conversations
  • Offer ongoing guidance and strategic support to team leaders, helping them maximize their success and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all partnership activities
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales with demonstrated confidence in closing conversations and managing complex deals
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to command attention and respect in professional settings
  • Advanced proficiency with Zoom and other video conferencing platforms, including experience managing large group calls
  • Strong interpersonal skills and natural ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable serving as a company representative in high-level business situations
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote work environment
