Overview

Permanent position. The Business Systems Manager should have at least 5 years of IT experience in Business Analysis/Process Analysis, or Software Development. The role is to guide a team of Business Analysts in eliciting requirements, documenting information, and validating with stakeholders before endorsing to the Development team. Part of the position is to train new Business Analysts in using existing systems and assist in providing solution support to all application users in the company.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule the scoping or requirements gathering and assign tasks to Business Analysts.
  • Review and edit Business Requirement Documents.
  • Resolve conflicts raised by the Business Analysts about documentation.
  • Schedule the test plan and assign it to the Business Analysts for implementation.
  • Monitor the Issue Register and its resolution.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to provide project updates, issue status, checks with process owners, and share ideas and findings.
  • Conduct user trainings and/or brief orientations as needed.
  • Mediates between users, vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor resolution of tickets raised or escalated to ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement.
  • Maintain and monitor documentation of business systems processes and update the Knowledge Base portal.
  • Help resolve problems due to recurring issues logged related to Production applications.
  • Prepare Quarterly/Yearly performance evaluations of Business Analysts.
Qualifications
  • College graduate in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Accountancy with above-average grades.
  • Organized, diligent, excellent documentation skills.
  • Inquisitive, good probing and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Experience in preparing detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office products and using models or diagrams.
  • Candidate with Logistics experience is a plus.
  • For Accountancy graduate, Certified Public Accountant with at least 1 year experience.
  • At least 2 years experience in leading a team of Business Analysts or Developers.
  • At least 2 years experience in Project Management.
  • Willing to work onsite in Tondo, Manila office.
