This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in project-based accounting , excellent leadership skills, and deep familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint . Lead all accounting functions: A/R, A/P, GL, project cost accounting, and revenue recognition Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements Act as audit liaison and coordinate with external accounting firms Support the business owner’s personal, real estate, and investment accounting Supervise and mentor accounting team members US CPA license (mandatory) Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (required) Familiarity with Paylocity (preferred) 7+ years in accounting/finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of project-based accounting and ERP systems Excellent communication and organizational skills If you're ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic, fast-paced environment — we’d love to hear from you Apply now or reach out directly for more info.
