Coordinate geotechnical investigations and soil analysis to inform foundation design. Construction management: Oversee on‑site activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Manage contractors and resolve site‑level issues. Technical support: Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of the project. Project management: Help manage project schedules, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with internal teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Compliance: Ensure all civil works comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and national standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in solar PV projects or renewable energy infrastructure. Experience with civil engineering software like AutoCAD. Strong understanding of solar project components and construction practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
