About The Role We are seeking a skilled and organised Document Controller to join our dynamic Renewable Energy Projects team across the Philippines. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the documentation for our exciting renewable energy projects. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company's renewable energy initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Ensure accurate and up-to-date document control for project documentation, including drawings, specifications, manuals, and other technical materials Implement and maintain efficient document control processes and procedures to support project workflows Liaise with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to manage the distribution, tracking, and archiving of project documents Provide document control support for project meetings, site visits, and other activities Assist in the development and implementation of document control best practices and training programs Collaborate with the wider Administration and Office Support team to continuously improve document control systems and processes What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar records management role, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industries Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a strong attention to detail Proficient in using document control software and other office applications Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards for document control What We Offer Comprehensive health insurance and wellness programs Opportunities for career development and professional training Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance Team-building and social events to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture About Us Bureau Veritas S.A.' is a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services.
