Join Buskowitz Energy Inc. as a Solar Engineer to support solar project execution and gain training for future project management roles.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring assigned projects follow guidelines and meet design, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Assisting the Project Manager with proper documentation according to ISO and company requirements throughout the project.
  • Participating in the setup, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar energy systems.
  • Keeping informed on market trends, technological developments, and industry best practices in solar energy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assisting clients with technical papers, feasibility studies, and project proposals.
  • Supporting Project Managers in creating project timelines, documentation, and during solar operations project execution.
  • Conducting energy audits and advising customers on energy-saving strategies.
  • Guiding project team members and contractors on solar technology, installation best practices, and safety measures.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registered Electrical Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Helioscope, Sketchup, and Autocad.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with at least one (1) year of experience.
  • Leadership and personal effectiveness skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work long hours to complete emergency work.
