About the job Customer Care Specialist

Our Customer Care Representatives - Manila is responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service in response to customer inquiries across multiple contact channels. You will be resilient and adaptable and have a natural passion for making people happy. You will be supported every day by a strong support network of Team Leaders and Trainers.

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers.
  • Providing general support and building engaging relationships on every customer call or interaction.
  • Actively offer all HelloFresh products and benefits to our customers on all interactions in line with current demands.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and feedback.
  • Work towards the Customer Care team KPIs and targets set by the management team.
  • Report and document any kinds of issues to the responsible departments.
  • Actively suggest ways to improve internal procedures and processes.
  • Make every effort to support and positively reflect the HelloFresh brand to others
  • Being an expert regarding company policies, tools, and systems

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year Customer Service in BPO set-up.
  • At least High School Graduate (old curriculum).
