Fortuna Street, Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu About the Role We are hiring a Customer Care Specialist to join our growing clinic team You’ll be the first point of contact for patients—providing excellent service, assisting with appointments, and ensuring a smooth clinic experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Provide information on clinic services and procedures. Address and resolve patient concerns courteously. Maintain accurate and updated patient records. Ensure the reception area is clean and organized. Support daily administrative and clerical tasks. Uphold patient confidentiality in compliance with the Data Privacy Act. Qualifications College graduate (any field; healthcare-related is an advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor. Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. Computer literate; experience with EMR systems preferred. Can work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Background in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare customer service is an advantage.
