Roles Open for:

• Application Developers（Java、SAP ABAP/HANA、Salesforce、フルスタック）
• Data Engineers（ETL、ビッグデータ、データパイプライン）
• Project Managers（クロスファンクショナル・多国籍プロジェクト）
• SAP Functional Consultants（SD、MM、MDG、EWM）

1. Application Developers – Java / SAP ABAP / Salesforce / Full-stack

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, SAP ABAP (HANA), Salesforce, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across regions
• Customize solutions based on client requirements and technical specifications
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure software quality through code reviews and testing
• Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders (for PH-based hires)

Requirements:

• 2-5 year experience in application development (Java, ABAP, Salesforce, or JS/TS)
• For PH-based applicants: JLPT N1–N3 certified; fluent in Nihongo
• For Japanese locals: Willing to relocate to the Philippines; English proficiency
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

2. Data Engineers – ETL, Big Data, Pipelines

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable ETL solutions and data pipelines
• Handle large-scale data processing using big data tools and cloud platforms
• Optimize data workflows and ensure data integrity across systems
• Collaborate with analytics, development, and stakeholder teams across countries
• Document solutions and communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders (PH-based)

Requirements:

• 2-5 year experience in data engineering or ETL/data pipeline developmen
• Experience with tools like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or AWS/GCP/Azure data services
• For PH-based applicants: JLPT N1–N3 certification
• For Japanese locals: English proficiency & willingness to relocate
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, or related field

3. Project Managers – IT & Software Projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional, multi-country IT projects (Agile/Waterfall)
• Coordinate with internal teams and Japanese-speaking clients
• Ensure timely project delivery and quality outcomes
• Prepare project plans, track progress, and manage risks/issues
• Provide bilingual support between Japanese and English-speaking teams

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in IT project management (preferred in enterprise environments)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• For PH-based applicants: JLPT N1–N3 certification
• For Japanese locals: Strong English communication skills & willingness to relocate
• PMP or Scrum certification is a plus

4. SAP Functional Consultants – SD, MM, MDG, EWM

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and deliver SAP functional solutions
• Configure SAP modules (SD/MM/MDG/EWM) to meet project specifications
• Support end-users and provide training/documentation
• Collaborate with global teams and act as a bilingual liaison with Japanese clients
• Participate in SAP upgrades, testing, and go-live support

Requirements:

• 2-5 year experience in SAP functional consulting (any module: SD, MM, MDG, EWM)
• Deep understanding of business processes and SAP best practices
• For PH-based applicants: JLPT N1–N3 certification
• For Japanese locals: Basic English and relocation to PH required
• SAP certification is a plus

Requirements:

• For Japanese Developers: Must be willing to relocate in the Philippines
• For Filipino Developers: Must be N1-N3 Certified
• Can speak Nihongo-English (Vice-versa)
