Overview

Amazon Account Manager (Private Label UK) – Full Time, 8am – 5pm GMT (initially). Potential for flexible hours after onboarding to support work-life balance.

Our client is a fast-growing Amazon business in the clothing and apparel space, backed by four experienced Partners with deep e-commerce expertise. They operate in two core areas: strategic brand partnerships and private label growth, with a focus on accelerating sales, improving processes, and laying the groundwork for long-term success.

They are seeking a top-tier talent to help take the business to the next level and play a pivotal role in scaling operations.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Account Ownership – Manage the entire Seller Central operation from daily execution to long-term strategy, ensuring the account meets KPIs and scales effectively.
  • Account Health & Compliance – Monitor performance metrics, address compliance issues, resolve performance notifications, and maintain strong standing across all marketplaces.
  • Case Management & Reimbursements – Submit cases to Amazon for issues (lost inventory, inbound discrepancies, etc.); secure reimbursements and track resolutions.
  • Listing Creation & Optimisation – Build and refine product listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content) for maximum discoverability and conversions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Use Helium 10 and Google Sheets to analyse trends and drive data-backed decisions to increase sales and profitability.
  • Logistics & Inventory Reconciliation – Oversee shipment creation, coordinate with suppliers, reconcile inventory, and maintain data accuracy for POs and products.
  • Inventory Forecasting & Planning – Analyse sales trends and lead times to forecast demand and optimise replenishment strategies.
  • Pricing & Promotions Management – Develop pricing strategies, manage vouchers and deals, and analyse performance to maximise conversion and margin.
  • Product Information Management – Maintain a centralised database of product data, pricing, packaging specs, and variations.
  • Customer Service – Respond to customer enquiries and manage product and seller account reviews.
  • Scalable Process Development – Help design and implement systems and SOPs to support future growth and building a team around this role.
Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

  • At least 3 years of hands-on end-to-end Amazon Seller Central experience managing private label brands
  • Solid background in Amazon shipment creation, logistics coordination, and inventory reconciliation
  • Strong case management and problem-solving skills on Amazon Seller Central
  • Proven ability to plan and execute pricing tactics, run promotions, coupons, and deals
  • Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces, including the UK (required) and EU (preferred)
  • High-level proficiency in Helium 10 for product research, keyword optimization, and listing management
  • Track record of developing scalable processes and SOPs
  • Experience handling customer enquiries, reviews/feedback, and preserving account health
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the clothing category, including sizing, materials, and seasonal trends
  • Experience with Amazon Global Logistics and Amazon Freight
