Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for resume mining in job boards to head hunt and encourage candidates to apply
  • Calls/texts/emails candidates who have shown interest in a position to encourage application completion.
  • Initially screens the complete applications and status of candidates who are eligible for a first interview.
  • Update Applicant Tracker and other trackers essential in the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Must be willing to work at Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City on the graveyard shift.
  • With at least 1 years RPO/Global Hiring Experience
  • At least 6 months in volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.
  • Strong command of English both oral and written.
  • With a demonstrable track record in achieving targets.
  • Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers).
  • Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands.
  • Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
