Role Overview The Learning Administration Specialist will play a key role in ensuring smooth operation and delivery of client learning projects, focusing on LMS/LXP management, content administration, reporting, and light instructional or UX support. This role supports a mix of learning platform management and content authoring, helping bridge the gap between client expectations, delivery teams, and technology systems. Key Responsibilities LMS/LXP Administration: Manage and maintain various platforms, including Docebo, iSpring, Halight Atmosphere, Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Cornerstone, and SAP SuccessFactors. Support “bolt-on” or embedded systems such as Go1, Vimeo, and LinkedIn Learning used for content hosting and delivery. Handle user and role management, course and catalog setup, reporting, and analytics, system integrations, and SSO configuration. Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational learning standards. Content Management and Authoring: Upload, organize, and manage learning assets and media within platforms. Use WYSIWYG editors to create or edit course layouts and pages. Support course design and formatting with basic HTML/CSS skills where needed. Develop and publish learning materials using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, iSpring, Chameleon Creator, and Elucidat. Ensure compatibility with SCORM and xAPI standards for course tracking and reporting. User Experience and Support: Assist in improving the learner journey and interface design. Troubleshoot learner access issues and support end-user queries. Collaborate closely with instructional designers, project managers, and client teams to ensure smooth implementation of learning content and platform updates. Desired Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience in learning technology or LMS administration. Demonstrated proficiency with multiple LMS/LXP platforms. Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, etc.) and knowledge of SCORM/xAPI. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Familiarity with UX design principles for learning environments. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistency across learning assets and systems. Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
