Senior Salesforce Developer

At Manulife IT Delivery Center, we are looking for a rock star Senior Salesforce Full-Stack Software Engineer , who is excited to see the successful implementation of the products they deliver. You will have experience in designing, developing, testing, maintaining and improving software applications as a member of an Agile squad. Responsibilities Design application components that are reusable, efficient, and easy to maintain Refactor existing code to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and best practices Work closely with other squads to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs Work closely with software engineers to establish best practices for development, testing, and delivery Required Qualifications Minimum of 8 years as Salesforce Developer Clear insight of Salesforce platform best practices, coding, design guidelines and Salesforce Governor Limits Expertise in SFDC core concepts including Objects , fields , relationships , record types , etc. Expertise in Apex programming language, including classes , triggers and controllers . Expertise in Visualforce Page, Aura, LWC, SOQL and SOSL; Frontend and Backend technologies such as HTML, CSS3, jQuery, XML, JSON . Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API). Experience in Agile scrum methodologies and experience of working in an Agile team Proficiency in Git or other version control system.
