Recruitment Consultant at Socium - Teams Done Differently Schedule: Dayshift Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Fusion Framework built on Salesforce to support business use cases workflows and dashboards Develop and maintain custom objects flows validation rules Lightning pages approval processes and custom metadata Build and optimize custom components Apex, LWC, Visualforce where needed Manage data models permission sets roles profiles and sharing rules Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional technical solutions Support integration with external systems ServiceNow email platforms data sources etc Troubleshoot and resolve system issues bugs and performance bottlenecks Maintain system documentation and provide end user support or training when required Required Skills and Experience 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration Proven experience working with the Fusion Framework Fusion Risk Management or similar managed packages Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including custom objects fields flows validation rules and approval processes Proficiency in Apex SOQL LWC and Process Builder Experience with Salesforce security model including OWD roles sharing rules and permission sets Familiarity with DevOps tools eg Git Copado Gearset and deployment best practices Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM201 and Platform Developer I PD1 Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow Outlook or other thirdparty systems Knowledge of Fusion-specific data models and resilience use cases Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries Information Services and Business Consulting and Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Socium - Teams Done Differently by 2x Get notified about new Salesforce Consultant jobs in Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
