Engagement Details Title: Finance, Accounting & Contract Review Contractor Function: Finance and Accounting Reporting: Finance Manager Contract Term: 3 months, with potential extension Hours: Full-time preferred, but flexible arrangements considered Compensation: Competitive; commensurate with experience What you’ll do Review and analyze hundreds of customer and vendor contracts, extracting key financial and operational terms (e.g., payment terms, renewal clauses, pricing, termination provisions). Build and maintain a structured contract database in Excel to support downstream use within NetSuite. Support the Finance and Accounting team with short-term projects including reconciliations, reporting, and process documentation. Ensure contract data is accurately captured, standardized, and usable for reporting and compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, and Operations) to clarify terms and resolve ambiguities. Provide ad hoc support on finance and accounting tasks as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, contract review, or related roles. Strong working knowledge of accounting concepts and financial processes. Proven experience reviewing complex commercial contracts and extracting key terms. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis). Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred.
