Overview

Begin your career as an Analyst in our Local Market Sales Team, delivering FX and Rates solutions to corporate clients. This role offers hands-on experience, skill development, and the opportunity to support client needs and market activities. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, gain exposure to market research, and help build strong client relationships in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support FX and Rates transaction services for corporate clients in the local market
  • Provide relevant research materials on FX and Rates outlooks and forecasts
  • Maintain consistent coverage of FX and Rates products to meet client requirements
  • Respond to daily client requests with professionalism and accuracy
  • Build trust by understanding client needs and communicating desk ideas clearly
  • Help maintain healthy, sustainable relationships with corporate clients
  • Assist with KYC procedures, including reviewing client business models and classification forms
  • Support post-trade processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls
  • Follow firm policies for risk management and comply with legal and regulatory rules
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of client coverage and product offerings
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Academic background in finance, economics, or related field
  • Strong client service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and deliver market research and forecasts
  • Knowledge of KYC procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Attention to detail in post-trade processes and internal controls
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Understanding of risk management policies
  • Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Internship or prior experience in FX and Rates or financial services
  • Familiarity with post-trade operations and controls
  • Advanced knowledge of market research tools
  • Experience with client onboarding and KYC processes
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
