Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for 3-4 large conglomerate client accounts across diverse industries
  • Manage complex IT/IT Ops programs, including software development, testing, infra, and ERP implementations
  • Ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery aligned with organizations' frameworks and standards
  • Strategically plan, execute, and oversee technology programs to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks.
  • Provide technical direction and support to teams for optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Analyze program outcomes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Philippines and India to execute program goals.
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, with a long-term goal of expanding account influence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Program Head should have:

  • A degree in technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program management within the professional services industry.
  • Extensive client-facing skills and ability to grow long-term business relationships
  • Strong knowledge of technology frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management at senior executive level and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, large organizations.
  • An analytical mindset to drive data-informed decisions.
