Responsibilities
  • Leadership in Strategic Human Resources: Create and execute HR initiatives in line with business and provide senior leadership with strategic advice on organizational development, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
  • Engagement & Employee Relations/HRBP: Encourage productive work environment and oversee conflict resolution, disciplinary measures, and employee relations.
  • Observance and Risk Control: Assure adherence to internal rules, labor laws, and healthcare standards (such as OSHA and HIPAA) in all operational zones; conduct audits and keep correct records in compliance with industry norms.
  • Pay and Benefits: Create and oversee benefit and pay plans and manage employee wellness programs, incentive programs, and payroll.
  • Education and Training: Oversee learning and development programs to help employees grow their careers, as well as succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or similar discipline; Master’s or MBA is desirable; SHRM, SPHR or certification are preferred (Data-driven in decision-making and HRIS platform expert).
  • 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, 3-5 years of which as Sr Director-AVP level: leadership in the healthcare BPO, covering all facets of HR: labor relations, business partnering, recruitment, HRIS, talent development, engagement, clinic admin and facilities.
  • Must have a strong background in healthcare compliance standards, BPO operations, particularly PEZA compliance and expat/visa processing.
