This Technical Support Engineer L3 role is right‑first‑time for someone who loves owning IT systems, solving complex problems, and ensuring secure, high‑performing operations across global teams. Location Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines – remote with occasional onsite commitments. Responsibilities Serve as first‑to‑last level support, owning incidents from simple to complex. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications for staff and clients. Manage security, including patching and safeguarding endpoints. Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system with professionalism and speed. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating to suppliers or partners when necessary. Provide full support for Microsoft Office 365 – Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive – and manage licensing and Azure subscriptions. Build, document, and maintain AWS cloud solutions following best practices. Log incidents and service requests, prioritizing to maintain minimal backlog. Monitor system performance, expedite hardware repairs, and solve software configuration problems. Create and update service documentation and knowledge base articles. Assist project teams deploying new applications and solutions. Promote a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and strong supplier relationships within the IT team. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations, with 3+ years as L3 in an Australian MSP environment. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft O365, Azure, AWS, and PowerApps; proficiency in developing and customizing business applications. Strong understanding of IT management principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – and a collaborative team‑player attitude. Problem‑solving mindset: proactive investigation, prioritization, and solution delivery. Meticulous record‑keeping and documentation habits. Willingness to work outside standard hours when required. Preferred Certifications At least two associate‑level certifications in Microsoft, Azure, or AWS. Continuous learning mindset and current knowledge of emerging IT trends.
