  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department on civil engineering aspects of technical proposals for bids and provide rationalization suggestions.
  • Handle routine civil design work for the Technical R&D Department.
  • Conduct project feasibility studies, preliminary design, detailed design, construction drawings, and project management as per the company’s design tasks.
  • Participate in discussions of major project schemes or critical technical issues.
  • Regularly visit project sites for technical clarification and support.
  • Regularly communicate and report to the headquarters' Technical R&D Department, and participate in technical clarification meetings.
  • Familiar with Philippine standards and American codes.
  • Proficient in using office software (Office suite).
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and listening), with industrial English experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP2000 software is an advantage.
  • Civil Engineering or related major; knowledge of cement production lines, cement technical renovation projects, steel structure factories, industrial buildings, etc., with more than three years of related experience.
  • Experience in cement plants, cement transit stations, and port industries is preferred.
  • Responsible, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with strong teamwork and learning abilities.
