Overview BizForce is hiring for Architects, Engineers, and Healthcare roles. We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong technical expertise to join our team in a Production Support role. This position focuses on grading, quantifying, comparing surfaces, and producing accurate drawings and documentation. Responsibilities Provide production support for civil engineering projects, including grading, surface modeling, and quantity take-offs Draft and prepare civil drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Analyze and compare surfaces for accuracy and design intent Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality project outputs Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering drafting and production support Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (required) Strong background in grading, surface modeling, and quantity analysis Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Amenable to work remotely during U.S. business working hours Work-from-home requirements Device: Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher , or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher Memory & Storage: At least 16 GB RAM and 100 GB of free disk space Internet: Wired connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed, plus a backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot or prepaid Wi-Fi) Work Environment: Quiet, well-lit space with minimal background noise Permanent Work From Home Company and culture BizForce is a global remote workforce solutions company that partners with major Architectural and Engineering firms.
