Supply Chain – Procurement / Purchasing (General)Primary responsibilities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, processing requisitions and orders, monitoring order status, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Handle purchasing categories in Food and Non-Food, including small wares, IT equipment, marketing supplies, office/admin supplies, service providers, etc., as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
- Source items and vendors per sourcing policy; interface between supplier and entity regarding specifications and budgets.
- Maintain supplier contracts, agreements, and communication records.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and keep management informed about order status and procurement activities.
- Prepare purchase orders aligned with final negotiations and organizational targets.
- Monitor orders to avoid past-due status and ensure latest delivery commitments are available.
- Track and expedite orders to minimize stockouts; resolve discrepancies in quantity, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Develop knowledge of purchasing concepts and drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure professional and consistent supplier relationship management; secure logistics for samples and special trips as needed.
- Perform regular inventory audits and ensure compliance with guidelines and procedures.
- Interact with suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery, or invoice issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- 3+ years purchasing experience; FMCG/QSR or manufacturing background preferred.
- Background in Supply Chain, Logistics and international trade.
- Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance or equivalent.
Responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring availability of materials; coordinating with Procurement, Finance, and Production; improving cost-efficiency and data accuracy; supporting production.
- Monitor inventory and shipments; manage third-party warehouse inventory.
- Respond to shipping issues; coordinate shipments; update systems with rates and service standards.
- Provide reporting and analysis to stakeholders; support process improvements.
- Qualifications: degree in Supply Chain or related field; strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and ERP; good communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities include planning and implementing overall supply chain strategy, procurement and vendor management, logistics, inventory control, process improvement, team leadership, and risk/compliance management. Also collaborates with departments to meet targets and oversees performance metrics and KPIs.

- Identify optimal shipment routes; assess needs for equipment and staffing; coordinate with product development for changes and launches.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients to negotiate profitable deals; maintain safety guidelines.
Supply Chain Analyst (packaging and materials), Supply Chain Administrator, and additional Supply Chain Specialist roles described with duties such as inventory management, supplier coordination, data analysis, process documentation, KPI reporting, and system usage (ERP/SAP/Jira/e2open).
- Key qualifications across roles include degree in related field, 2–5+ years experience in supply chain, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience levels vary by position; some roles require 2–8+ years; strong leadership and negotiation skills are valued.
