WHAT YOU'LL DO: Drive Sales Growth: Actively seek out new sales opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for our hardware products (e.g., tools, construction materials, fasteners, plumbing, electrical supplies, etc.). Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable hardware solutions. Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Present and Demonstrate Products: Effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our hardware products to prospective and existing clients. Negotiate and Close Deals: Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements with clients. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings. Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales manager and other internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer experience. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, ideally within the hardware, construction, or related industries in the Philippines. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation abilities, with a clear and persuasive speaking style. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be highly considered. Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and potentially to other regions for client meetings and site visits as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
