The Role We’re seeking a Client Associate to transform how staffing firms find qualified leads. This entry‑level position is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow in a startup environment while playing a vital role in verifying and enriching lead data for the U.S. staffing market. Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote. Environment: Colombian and International Teams. Language: Advanced English (B2+ – C1). Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Contract: Non‑fixed Term Colombian Contract. Requirements Friendly and professional phone presence Good computer skills and attention to detail Comfortable with web‑based research and data entry Fast learner, willing to be coached, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment Strong time management and communication skills Remote work readiness No specific work experience or education needed Education: A technical degree, associate’s degree, or ongoing studies in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields is recommended. Experience: 2+ years of experience in roles such as call center operations, customer service, telemarketing, data entry, or administrative support are preferred. Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and ability to conduct web‑based research. Characteristics: Fast learner, professional and friendly phone presence, coachable, organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Outbound Calling & Lead Verification Conduct 75+ daily outbound calls (100+ after 30 days) to companies across the U.S. Confirm whether companies use staffing services and gather relevant contact information. Identify staffing decision‑makers and departments through live calls and online tools. Online Research & Data Enrichment Use platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and company websites to validate and enhance contact records. Research and capture relevant personal insights on decision‑makers to support targeted outreach. Maintain detailed notes and supporting data for each lead record. Data Entry & Quality Assurance Enter 10+ verified contacts per day into spreadsheets and our platform. Ensure all data is 95%+ accurate and consistently formatted. Flag problematic or unverifiable leads to the Client Intelligence Manager for resolution. Performance & Collaboration Meet or exceed weekly performance benchmarks. Actively participate in weekly coaching sessions and team meetings. Embrace feedback and take ownership of personal growth and performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
