We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on, Digital Communication Manager , with the skills and experience to ensure all our digital assets and communications across our group are delivered and maintained to a Best-in-Class standard. This includes responsibility to outsource and manage specialist creative and technical requirements for our digital communications from local (Philippines based) providers when these are outside your skill set. Role Purpose To lead and execute digital content strategy across websites, outreach channels, and internal documentation - ensuring messaging is clear, compliant, and aligned with business growth objectives. Role Details This is a Philippines based, 100% remote, work-from-home (WFH) CONTRACTOR opportunity. While we are advertising this role in Metro Manila, you could be based elsewhere in the Philippines, provided you have a fast, reliable fiber internet connection. Key Responsibilities Website & SEO: Manage website content updates, structure, and SEO performance Collaborate with technical teams to translate fabrication capabilities into client-friendly language Maintain CMS platforms and ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility Strategic Messaging: Develop and refine capability statements, brochures, and outreach materials Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and technical accuracy across all channels Support business development efforts with tailored messaging for suppliers and clients Digital Outreach: Manage email campaigns, LinkedIn presence, and supplier/client communications Track engagement metrics and optimize outreach strategies Coordinate with external agencies or consultants as needed Internal Documentation: Improve clarity and formatting of SOPs, technical guides, and compliance documents Work with operations and engineering teams to ensure documentation is both correct and communicable Hiring Criteria Education - Degree in Communications, Marketing, Technical Writing, or related field Experience - 3-5+ years in digital content, industrial marketing, or technical communications Technical Literacy - Ability to relate to fabrication processes, engineering terminology, and compliance SEO & CMS Skills - Proven ability to manage SEO strategy and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) Writing & Editing - Strong copywriting, editing, and formatting skills across digital and print Project Management - Ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines Tools Proficiency - Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, SEMrush (or equivalents) Soft Skills - Detail-oriented, proactive communicator, strategic thinker Reporting Structure Reports to: Managing Director or Head of Business Development Collaborates with: Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams Bonus Capabilities (Non-essential) Experience in industrial B2B marketing or supplier engagement Familiarity with Australian compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, WHS) Ability to create visual diagrams or infographics for technical processes APPLY NOW If you are considered for this role you may receive an eMail with a link to our Application Form requesting further information.
