Overview We’re expanding and seeking an experienced Community Manager who understands the crypto and blockchain industry and has a proven record of building active online communities and growing engagement across multiple platforms. The Role: This is a full-time, remote position (UK hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday). You’ll lead the development of our online community, manage engagement across channels, and act as the first point of contact for clients — both online and over the phone . Responsibilities Build, grow, and manage the firm’s online community and social media following (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and YouTube) Develop and manage discussions on our own community forum Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to client queries via WhatsApp, website chat, and email Create and schedule community updates, polls, and engagement campaigns Collaborate with management and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach Maintain CRM records and provide regular community growth reports Requirements Previous experience as a Community Manager (minimum 1–2 years) Proven ability to grow social media and forum engagement organically Confident and professional phone manner with a quiet home workspace Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 industry trends Competent with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, or Discord moderation Reliable internet connection and high-quality headset/microphone Preferred Skills Background in marketing, digital media, or customer engagement Understanding of crypto accounting, NFTs, or Web3 finance Ability to produce short-form content or community insights What We Offer Fully Remote / Work-from-home flexibility (UK hours) Competitive pay + performance bonuses Work with a global crypto accounting brand Ongoing training in crypto tax, blockchain finance, and compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
