  • Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Manage and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and equipment
  • Ensure that work progresses according to the approved schedule and budget
  • Review and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications to guide execution
  • Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports
  • Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and clients for project updates and problem resolution
  • Enforce quality control and safety compliance on-site
  • Verify materials and equipment deliveries, ensuring they meet specifications
  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise
  • Keep accurate records of manpower, equipment, and daily activities
  • Assist in preparing billing and documentation for project milestones
  • Report to the Project Manager on overall progress, issues, and any deviations
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related field)
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in supervising civil construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and structural drawings
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple contractors and suppliers
  • Physically fit and willing to work on-site for extended hours
