This role calls for someone who doesn’t just create campaigns — but builds experiences that sell, inspire, and connect deeply with our market. What You’ll Do Lead the creative direction of brand campaigns — from concept to execution — ensuring alignment with our beauty and wellness identity. Translate business and marketing goals into powerful creative strategies that sell the brand and drive results. Elevate the company’s creative output across platforms, ensuring every message reflects our brand purpose, elegance, and authenticity. Oversee end-to-end campaign creation: from ideation, storyboarding, and visual development to production and rollout. Run an ad that resonates, converts, and builds brand love. Partner with Marketing Teams to craft impactful Above-the-Line, Below-the-Line, and digital advertising initiatives. Collaborate with a team of Designers, Writers, and Multimedia Creatives — or confidently handle projects independently when needed. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Digital Marketing and PR) to ensure creative cohesion and timely delivery. Innovation & Trend Awareness Stay ahead of trends in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, and digital engagement. Continuously seek new ways to tell stories that empower and transform. Degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in a senior creative role (preferably in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or Advertising industries) A strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic creativity, storytelling, and brand selling power Proven experience conceptualizing and executing ad campaigns across digital and traditional platforms Passion for wellness, lifestyle, beauty, and skincare — ideally living and embodying the brand values Excellent leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills Can thrive both independently and as a team leader Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Art/Creative, Strategy/Planning, and Advertising Industries Wellness and Fitness Services If you’re ready to shape beauty, wellness, and inspiration through your creative vision — this is your moment.
