Job Description

Shift Manager, Premium Services is responsible for providing supervision to the day-to-day operation of the Player Development Team while working closely with other departments to provide excellent services and unforgettable gaming experiences to our VIPs.

Oversees and supports overall departmental operations during assigned shifts.

Conducts pre-shift briefings to share updates, operational information, and new instructions.

Assigns tasks and provides guidance to hosts at designated locations.

Identifies and builds rapport with potential players to drive repeat visits.

Monitors and approves player comps in line with company policies.

Resolves guest issues proactively, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.

Supports service recovery efforts for escalated guest concerns.

Suggests improvements in workflow, data collection, and customer engagement.

Maintains effective communication and collaboration with other departments.

Tracks hosts’ performance against daily KPIs.

Ensures hosts consistently deliver exceptional, proactive customer service.

Collects patron feedback to inform events, promotions, and in-house marketing efforts; assists in execution of such activities.

Requirements

• With 3-5 years relevant experience in Gaming Industry /Casino Marketing.
