Construction Monitor work for compliance with plans and standards. Conduct basic quality inspections. Report safety issues and discrepancies. Assist with surveying and layout tasks. Maintain progress records and reports. Coordinate logistics with subcontractors and suppliers. Support issue resolution and worker inquiries. Post-Construction Assist with final inspections and punch list completion. Help close out project files and contracts. Other Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date on relevant building codes and safety regulations. Learn and use construction software and tools. Develop communication and teamwork skills. Contribute to a positive and safe work environment. JOB REQUIREMENT Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. A valid professional license is essential. Candidates with 7 years of relevant experience are preferred, but not required.
