TOSCA QA Tester

TOSCA QA Tester (Onsite/Dayshift) Pointwest Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team under the Financial Services unit. The role involves ensuring the highest quality standards for software products and services through testing, data analysis, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. You’ll be using Tricentis Tosca to implement automation best practices, reusable test components, and test data management (TDM). Key Responsibilities Establish and implement quality assurance procedures and documentation Execute functional and automated testing using Tricentis Tosca Conduct defect analysis and performance tracking Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project teams Support compliance with industry standards and client expectations Drive continuous improvement and quality enhancements Provide guidance and technical support on QA processes What Success Looks Like High client satisfaction and minimal post‑release defects Timely and accurate test execution Effective implementation of QA tools and methodologiesActive contribution to process improvements and knowledge sharing Demonstrated growth in skills and certifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, IT, or related field Proficient in Tricentis Tosca (including best practices in automation and TDM) Strong skills in QA methodologies, defect tracking, and data analysis Excellent communication and attention to detail Familiarity with Agile practices Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plus Willing to work onsite at MOA, Pasay during assigned hours Join Pointwest and help us delight our customers , grow our business , and continuously improve how we work , while growing with a company that values your development.
