Base pay range Psych Siren Management Consultancy is a Davao-based, a multi-disciplinary team composed of 8 prime movers, led by Jambie del Rosario, an industrial and organizational psychologist having finished her Master’s Degree from Ateneo de Davao University.The team is composed of seasoned professionals with various expertise in the areas of human resources, psychometry, counseling, process facilitation for strategic planning and team-buildings, executive coaching, sales, marketing, business operations, and policy formulation. Collaborate & Plan: Work with departments to prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Lead Month-End Close: Perform reconciliations, expense reviews, and closing procedures for accurate reporting. Drive Compliance: Manage tax filings, regulatory requirements, and adherence to financial policies. Support Asset Management: Track company assets, assess value, and oversee physical inventory. Develop Your Team: Supervise accounting staff, ensuring high performance and goal achievement. Ideal ProfileQualifications We’re Looking ForEducation & Experience: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not required. 2–5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Background in the construction industry is a plus Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Reporting Standards. Strong skills in financial statement preparation, analysis, and presentation. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
