TPSSI partners with GetGround. This role is based in Makati with support for GetGround in the UK; you will work Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM local time in Makati.

What We’re Looking For
  • Accounting degree
  • 4+ years of accounting-related work experience
  • 2+ years of team management experience
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing financial and tax reports
  • Willing to work out of our Makati office, 4 days per week
Not Essential, But Nice To Have
  • Knowledge of the UK accounting standards
  • CPA
What You Will Do
  • Lead a team of Junior and Senior Accounting Associates, providing coaching and mentorship
  • Client account management
  • Provide guidance to your team in the preparation and submission of year-end accounts
  • Review and approve client financial reports
  • Identify and propose process or system improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Deliver world-class client service with the support of the Operations Accounting Manager
