Overview Regional Director - Water, Southeast Asia — SMEC, Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Join to apply for the Regional Director - Water, Southeast Asia role at SMEC. The role is focused on leading the water sub-sector across Southeast Asia, ideally based out of Singapore. Responsibilities Lead strategic direction and growth of the Southeast Asian water business, ensuring operational and technical excellence. Take full accountability of profit and loss management. Champion development and mobilisation of resources within Southeast Asia. Cultivate strong client relationships and contribute to the overall growth of the SJ Group. Oversee day-to-day operations of the water sub-sector (water infrastructure, water resources and irrigation). Ideal Candidate / Qualifications 15+ years in the water industry with proven success in Senior Management roles. Expertise in managing large-scale water projects, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; postgraduate and project management qualifications highly regarded. In-depth knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and market trends across Southeast Asia. Sound commercial understanding including previous P&L management.
