Responsibilities Drive Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach within the gaming industry. Community Partnership Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen strong relationships with key community figures, including guild leaders, influencers, top spenders, and active player groups. Client & Partner Relations: Understand the needs, preferences, and goals of clients and partners, providing tailored solutions that align with both their objectives and company strategy. Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare, present, and follow up on business proposals, quotations, and presentations that align with client needs and company goals. Negotiation & Deal Execution: Assist in negotiations and partnership closures, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term success. Market & Industry Insights: Monitor gaming trends, player behaviors, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights that support business and community growth strategies. Project & Campaign Innovation: Develop and propose creative initiatives, collaborations, or community-driven projects that deliver value and engagement. Performance Monitoring: Execute organizational strategies, track sales performance, and ensure individual and team KPIs are met through consistent follow-ups and strategic actions. Community Engagement: Actively participate in gaming communities to gather feedback, foster loyalty, and strengthen the brand’s presence and reputation among players. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, partnership activities, and business outcomes, preparing reports and updates for management review.
