Job DescriptionWe are looking for a personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Rep. to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. You will play a key role in increasing profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion. No assessment required; initial and final interviews. Start ASAP.

- Contribute to profitability and sales revenue through exceptional customer service and a consultative sales approach
- Assist with client conversions and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Handle inquiries and support needs as part of the customer journey
- For TSR only: COLLEGE GRADUATE in a computer-related field; minimum 12 months (1 year) of BPO experience
- .COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE, COLLEGE LEVEL, or ASSOCIATE GRADUATE: minimum 2 years (24 months) of BPO experience
- Willingness to work onsite
