The Senior Channel Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and channel partner engagement. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, vendors, and channel partners to execute marketing campaigns, promote technology solutions, and strengthen brand presence in the IT industry. The ideal candidate is driven, analytical, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales goals and channel growth. Coordinate with channel partners and vendors to implement joint marketing campaigns and events. Manage marketing materials, promotions, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines. Analyze campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements. Support sales enablement initiatives through marketing content and partner communication. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and partner engagement in CRM systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Represent the company in internal and external events; occasional travel may be required. Qualifications Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience . Strong interest in sales, client management, and the IT industry . Solid understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices . Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (other language skills are a plus). Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is an advantage. Knowledge of channel management principles and partner marketing is a plus.
