Re-organize Payments team by splitting it into Bills Payments Team and Disbursement Team to improve productivity and reduce conflicts within the group.

What You'll Do
  • Manage performance of clients' payments and disbursements in a timely manner
  • Provide first level control and evaluation of incentives schemes
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of clients' payments and disbursements, generate reports, and clarify potential incorrect payments and disbursements
  • Drive team productivity and effectiveness to optimize costs and improve performance
  • Conduct training for the department on changes with Payment channels, Auto Debit Arrangement Partners, Disbursement Channel and/or payment schedules
  • Maintain good communication and business relationships with Payment Channel and Disbursement Channel partners (Banks and Non-Banks)
  • Conduct Business Reviews with Payment Channel and Disbursement Channel partners (bank and non-banks)
  • Continuously identify new types of Incoming Payment Channel and Disbursement partners (bank and non-bank)
What You Need To Have
  • At least 2 years of experience as Supervisor / Team Leader / Manager (preferably with Collections / Payments background)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Training, presentation and mentoring skills to provide training to team members
  • Ability to quickly learn internal IT systems and functionality
