Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with account manager to achieve sales objective Maintain accurate and complete customer account details Assist in determining pricing proposal for customer Coordinate and help Account Managers in cultivating new business opportunities with potential clients Provide responses to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Help to resolve clients’ issues and concerns Attend technology seminars, workshops and sales related training Participate in Trends’ marketing activity such as exhibits and seminars Ensure total customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service Support and manage existing and potential customers Provide daily support of business operations to customers Identify business initiatives and improvements Prepare presentations and reports to clients Assist account manager in creating and preparing correct cost sheets and proposals Contribute to providing customer account deliverables Qualifications Minimum Education Should be at least College Graduate Minimum Experience/Training Everyone is welcome.
