Primary ObjectiveThe HRIS and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for employee data management. The role ensures a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and timely management of HRIS data and the Onboarding process. Provide administrative support for a specific HR function (HRIS and Onboarding).
Key Responsibilities- Duties include but are not limited to pulling data from HRIS system. Updating/inputting employee data into HRIS and resetting employee accounts.
- Run reports for HRIS and Onboarding. (Includes 2316 report, BPI and Non-BPI, Work Anniversary and NH List)
- Answer HRIS and Onboarding related inquiries from walk-ins, emails, and other messaging and ticketing tools.
- In-charge of the end-to-end onboarding of newly hired for ANZ or NA region.
- Conduct the induction to newly hired for ANZ or NA region regarding contracts/onboarding related topic.
- Coordinates with the new hire for the pre-employment requirement and contract.
- Serves as POC for ANZ and NA region new hires.
- Will serve as backup on updating the HRIS System of TOA.
- Responsible for managing other onboarding-related BAU tasks as well as handling Titan task assignments.
- With a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an HRIS/Onboarding Specialist.
- Strong technical skills in HRIS platforms and related technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data management, including data entry, cleansing, and integrity checks.
- Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with HR staff, system users or newly onboarded hires.
- Adaptability to change technologies and continue learning in the HRIS and OB field.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry, report generation, and in contract creation.
- Maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive employee information.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations regarding data privacy and security in HRIS management and in the Onboarding procedures.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office Apps.
