KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receive and process incoming documents Audit all contract documents for data accuracy and compliance with various state, regulatory, and underwriting requirements Identify discrepancies and inaccuracies that prevent contract eligibility for securitization, flag accounts that violate documented business rules, and assist with resolution of these discrepancies Perform research and bring to resolution any missing or failed image issues Meet department production and quality expectations Additional duties may involve escrow functions, lender and status code updates Stay up to date with corporate and departmental policies, use appropriate discretion with confidential information and communication, and complete ad-hoc projects and assignments as requested by management Audit contracts for accuracy and compliance with state, regulatory and underwriting requirements, across all brands Create/update checklist sheets Research and resolve missing image issues Report team dashboards Performs other duties as needed MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED equivalent College Degree Preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness Ability to multitask and adapt to changes and a demanding work environment Good time management and organizational skills Dedication to providing exceptional customer service Deadline conscious with strong drive and initiative Basic computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; intermediate skills in Excel preferred 1-2 years data entry and data review experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applications will be considered for employment without attention to membership in any protected class.
