Job Description:

The Digital and Social Executive we are looking for will be responsible for various tasks such as:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager, focusing on lead generation and maximising ROI.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging organic content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure best practices.
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.

• Oversee HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business goals.
• Manage and update websites through HubSpot's CMS, ensuring accurate, up-to-date product information and SEO-friendly content.
• Implement lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions.
• Optimise CRM for streamlined data tracking, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support lead handoff, tracking, and pipeline management within HubSpot.
• Ensure that product pages, landing pages, and other web assets are optimized for user experience, lead generation, and conversions.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Analyse HubSpot data for insights on lead quality, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

• Develop and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
• Track and analyse AdWords metrics to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets, bids, and bid strategies to maximise ROI.
• Monitor and adjust targeting to align with evolving market trends and user behavior.
• Coordinate with SEO team to ensure alignment and prevent keyword cannibalization across paid and organic search.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies in the ever-changing digital landscape.
