Amadeus Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview The Product Management Associate is responsible for working with a Senior Business Analyst and scrum team to elicit business requirements, document user and system requirements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address problems. The role supports the delivery of innovative products and solutions that align with our customers’ objectives. Responsibilities Perform systems analysis to understand business needs. Write user stories, features, and product backlog items. Articulate business needs and translate them into backlog items that the team can refine and develop. Perform product validation testing of new and existing functionalities. Provide product and implementation support as applicable. Assist in the creation and update of published user documentation. Assist with requirements elicitation, research, and analysis. Participate in agile events and lead refinement sessions when required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline with good academic records. Exposure to functional requirements writing, business/systems analysis, business process design/consulting, systems development, or systems testing is a plus. Strong analytical, logical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills. Proven discipline to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and multi‑cultural environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work on a 50% hybrid setup and 2x a week on-site requirements. Available to work in BGC Taguig.
