Yondu, Inc. Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Salesforce solutions aligned with organizational goals. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to ensure effective design, configuration, and delivery of platform enhancements. Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, planning, and development to release and post-implementation support. Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for Salesforce capability enhancement. Prioritize backlog items based on business value, risk, and dependencies. Define and monitor KPIs for Salesforce adoption, performance, and ROI. Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with data privacy, security, and governance standards. Lead UAT and change management activities, ensuring high-quality releases and smooth user adoption. Act as a Salesforce evangelist, promoting platform best practices and innovation across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce platforms. Proven track record of managing Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing product backlogs and sprints. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Product Owner, or Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus.
