Product Management Associate Amadeus | Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Join Amadeus as a Product Management Associate to help deliver innovative solutions that support our customers' goals. Work closely with Senior Business Analysts and Scrum teams to elicit business requirements and document user and system requirements. Common Accountabilities Work with Senior Business Analysts and scrum team to elicit business requirements and document user and system requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to identify and address problems, delivering successful innovative products. Work autonomously within defined processes and procedures, taking standard decisions and supporting development of solutions to complex problems. Receive instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior level roles or managers, with regular monitoring of assignment status. May have specialized formal education or equivalent work experience. Specific Accountabilities Write user stories, features, and product backlog items. Perform systems analysis. Articulate business needs and translate into backlog items. Perform product validation testing of new and existing functionalities. Provide product and implementation support as applicable. Assist with creation and update of published user documentation. Assist in requirements elicitation, research, and analysis. Participate in agile events and lead refinement when applicable. Ensure solutions meet user needs and product readiness guidelines. About the Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or similar discipline with good academic record. Exposure to functional requirements writing, business/systems analysis, business process design/consulting, systems development, or systems testing. Good analytical, logical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills. Proven discipline to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced, multi‑cultural environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Amenable to work onsite 2-3x a week, with a 50% hybrid work setup. Amenable to work in BGC Taguig.
