We’re looking for a Web Designer based to bring clarity, craft, and consistency to our digital presence. This role sits within our global Marketing team and is ideal for someone who brings brand expression to life through clean, thoughtful page layouts, expressive motion, and a sharp eye for design systems.

You’re fluent in Figma and Webflow, comfortable building out responsive layouts, and excited to evolve a consistent visual language across the Boundless marketing site. You understand how to execute pages with precision, detail, and accessibility in mind and you know how to balance creative thinking with the realities of performance and production.

Responsibilities

Design and build polished, responsive marketing pages in Webflow that express the Boundless brand system.
Create thoughtful layouts and visual systems with a focus on clarity, hierarchy, typography, and consistency.
Maintain and evolve a library of reusable templates and components in both Figma and Webflow.
Translate creative briefs and campaign ideas into consistent, scalable design executions across the site.
Own the full production process. From wireframes and design to build and QA ensuring all assets meet brand, accessibility, and performance standards.
Partner with writers, marketers, and developers to align on structure, goals, and content strategy.
Refine and improve existing pages and templates with an eye toward usability, brand consistency, and visual storytelling.
Where appropriate, incorporate motion design or transitions to elevate the user experience and bring pages to life.

Experience & Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in a web, brand, or visual design role, ideally with a strong marketing or creative studio background.
A meticulous eye for detail. You sweat the details and know the difference between “good enough” and great. You take pride in clean, production-ready design.
A portfolio that demonstrates a high level of craft in web design (layout, spacing, typography, systems) and a strong sense of brand expression in digital environments.
Proficient in Webflow, with hands-on experience designing and building responsive pages, components, and CMS-based content.
Advanced skills in Figma, with clean, organized files and a system-oriented mindset.
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite as needed.
Strong collaboration and communication skills. You’re comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and you know how to keep projects moving.

Bonus Points

Familiarity with tools like GSAP, Lottie, or After Effects for lightweight animation or motion prototyping.
Experience with WebGL, 3D, or advanced front-end animation (even through collaboration with developers).
Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization.
Experience with A/B testing tools or content optimization strategies.
Background in a fast-paced marketing or startup environment.
