Job Responsibilities
  • Execute Visual Content Concepts : Transform creative ideas and concepts from the Social Media Team into high-quality visual assets suitable for various platforms.
  • Design for Social Media Campaigns : Create engaging graphics, promotional materials, and content layouts tailored to the brand’s voice and audience.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment : Deliver designs within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with social media managers, content creators, and marketing teams to align visual output with campaign objectives.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency : Apply established brand styles, colors, and typography across all creative outputs.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite : Utilize tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects for graphic design, layout creation, and minor animations as required.
  • Adapt to Feedback and Revisions : Respond constructively to feedback, making necessary revisions efficiently without compromising on quality.
  • Stay Updated with Design Trends : Continuously explore emerging trends in digital design, social media visuals, and creative technology to keep content fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
  • Proven portfolio showcasing design work for digital platforms, especially social media
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and digital marketing principles
  • Willingness and ability to take a design test as part of the hiring process
Key Skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
  • Excellent skills in visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Ability to translate creative briefs into engaging and effective visual content
  • Strong time management with the capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams
  • Awareness of current design trends, particularly in social media and digital content
